If I could only do one leg exercise for the rest of my life, a lunge would be my choice.

Not that I’m going to open myself to the ridicule of discussing this on facebook, but I’m having a little look at what I could do kind of casually and at home (which is how I do most things) to get a bit fitter. Not sure when the last time I did some proper exercise was, but I suspect it’s back in the period known to doctors (and increasingly paleontologists) as ‘too fucking long ago for your own good’.
Anyway, point is that I found this site, and some of the sentences are too good to not be shared.
